Tank Container

Tank Container

Tank containers are designed to contain a variety of gases liquids and powders, dimensions and gross mass of which are in conformity with the requirements in GB/T1413-1998(idt ISO 668:1995). Compared with traditional modes of transport, using tank containers has many obvious advantages such as small investment, great payload. low fee and complying with international standards.

Standards:

The 1CC tank containers produced by CAF are applicable to containing non-condensated liquid gases of Class 2(IMO5), which are designed and manufactured according to following standards:

Main Technical Parameters:

design pressure 2.2 MPa
Max. working pressure 2.1 MPa
design temperature -30¡«60 oC
total capacity

18 M3

payload 21500 Kg
grossmass 30000 Kg

Product Characteristics:

The produce consists of a tank and frame. A tank is a pressured vessel, in which a baffle is placed to reduce the inertia effect induced by the movement of the liquid in the transportation. A tank is equipped with safety valve, emergency valve, ball valve, liquidometer, pressure gauge, thermometer and other instruments to assure the safety during the transportation.

For the contents with a highcleanness, the inside surface of the tank may be subjected to bonderizing.

Applicable Contents:

The products are applicable to containing non-condensated liquidgases of Class 2 with a Max. working pressure of less than 2.1MPa, such as R12, R22, R134a,R1216, liquid ammonia and LPG. For the contents with a Max working pressure of more than 2.1MPa, CAF can provide special design and manufacture.

The products have passed the inspection of drawings/technical documents( Appreval No. SHA00040021) and the prototype appreval( Appreval No. SHT00040002), Carried by China Classification Society. Contain tanks are being produced in small batch in CAF.

The main technical parameters of the IMO1 tank containers newly developed by CAF are as followings:

container type 1CC
design pressure 0.8 MPa
design temperature 50 oC
tank total capacity 17.5 M3
Max. gross mass 30000 Kg
payload 14700 Kg
contents anhydrous hydrogen fluoride
