Hydraulic Elevating Platform:

    The platforms designed and produced by CAF for Yuanwang SUrvry Ship are hydraulic elevating platfoms of ship with lifting height of 20M and rated payload of 200Kg. The platforms are stable and easy to operate. The platforms have gained high praise from the users.

Door Pump Air Cylinder:

    The door pump air cylinders are products are new prducts developed and designed by CAF to aviod the passengers being squeezed by opening and closing the automile doors. The air cylinders have increased safety and special construeture, which can be opeated from slow start to a fast end. They are ideal products for autombiles.

Steeing Engine:

    CAF is the onlyone special factory that produces reciprocating hydraulic steering engines as well as vane type steering engines. The steeing engines are used for militrary and civil ship and exported far to Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Southeast Asia and South Pacific Ocean regions. The products have gained certificates of CCS, ABS, LR and DNV.

    The YD series electric hydraulic steering engines are developed by CSSC Shanghai Shipping Research and Designing Institute. The seering engines have high integration degrees and compact constructures which can be matched with a variety of kinds of ship and have gained high praise from customers.

    The R4C series electric hydraulic steering engines and the SH series double axis electric hydraulic steering engines are introduced products of CAF, amony which the R4C340type and the 400KN.m type products have gain DNVCCS Certification to be used for exported military ship and have gained high praise form military inspectors.

    HD series vane type electric hydraulic steering engines and BXD series our-cylinder electric hydraulic steering engines are new products developed by CAF, which have absorbed advantages of international most advanced steering engines and combined with Chinese Hational Conditions.

    HD series vane type is a modified type by introducing foreign ten years production experience of end cover hydraulic type and absorbing advantages of foreign turn up hydraulic type, which is continue to have advantages of former end cover hydraulic type such as simply and compact constructure. Small occupied area, low noise, long life and wide turn around range(2*35^o). The new type has adopted elastic joints instead of riqid joints, which can absorb vibrations and burst load induce by sea wave and can compensate the small errors of helm bar assembly. The new type has adopted screwed joints instead of welding joints, which is easy to machine, assemble repare and replace. The end covers are forgings instead of casting, which has removed shot-cleaning difficulties brought by the former winding oil path and has brought high degree resitance to pressure.

    The BYD series four-cylinder electric steering engines are newly developed by CAF by summerizing design, production and usage experience of two-cylinder reciprocating steering engines and refering to the constructures of foreign advanced four-cylinder steering engines. The key components are introduced from foreign corporations and the accessories are easy to be found in domostic and foreign markets. The products have many advantages such as compact constructure, small occupied area, and great afety. When a cylinder broke out, the other one can continue to work. The delivered products are equipped which rudder bearing and complete hydraulic pipes.
