Dissolved acetylene products:

Capacity: Accarding to the require of custoners. CAF can supply 100,000~1,000,000 standard cubicmeters (40M3/h~240M3/h) dissolved acetylene per year.

Specification: The final products provided by CAF are dissolved acetylene cantained in cylinders:

Purity: C2H2 ¡Ý98.0% (Test method: Absorption process of bromine saturocted liquid of potassium bromide.)
Impurities: PH3 ¡Ü5 VPm (Test method: Testing tube method)

Material and consumption:

1, Calcium carbide

    Specification: In conformity with GB10665 Calcium Carbide, requirements for second class products, mesh size 0~80mm,( dust mot more than 10%).

2, Acetone

    Specification: In conformity with GB6026 Acetone for Industrialuse requirements for first-class products, water contents should be controll less than 0.3%.

    Consumption: In relation to usage performance, normally not more than 30g/m3 C2H2¡£

3, Nitrogen

    Specification: In conformity with GB/T3864 Industrial Nitrogen requirements for fist-class products.

    Consumption: 1000cylinders per year (about 5000 standard cubicmeters).

4, Sulphuric Acid

     Specification: In conformit with GB534 Specifications of Sulphuric Acid for Industrial Use requirements for first-class products, density : 92.5%.

     Consumption: ~70g/m3 C2H2¡£

5, Sodium hydroxid

     Specification: Liquid sodium hydroxid, inconformity with GB209 Sodium Hydroxid for Industrial Use requirements for first-class products.

     Consumption ~20g/m3 C2H2 (Jensity : 8% ).

Consumption of energy resources:

1, water: The water used for production and technical process are recycled. The consumpted water are evaporated water and other nonproduction loss.

2, power:

    Specification: Triplase change 380V/220V, 50~60Hz, total installed caacity : 150¡«200Kw¡£

    Consumption: 1.1~1.25Kw.h/m3 C2H2¡£

Technical Process

2, Process characteristics:

( 1 ) Using sealed box to feed raw material by vibration. so the safety during feeding process can be assured.

( 2 ) Adopting sulphuric acid liquid purifying technique which is very effectire and safe.

( 3 ) Drying acetylene under high pressure by automatic molecular siere with high automatic level and satisfying dry effect.

( 4 ) Setting up a complete automatic control system to provide necessary supervision and control for the whole production process ro realize automatic feeding. Under abnormal conditions, such as overpressure, overtemperature or no water, the system can give out warning sign and shut off the running of of relative equipment. So that the safety operation of the wholl system can be assured.

( 5 ) Setting up an emergency shut off systm. When sudden dange appears, pressing an emergency button in main workshops can shut off the control power and rlatire equipment to avoid expanding an accident.
